  No audio in playback when playing imported quicktime H.264 file

  Hey guys,

  so I’m trying to edit some old pre-edited reference footage into a new project in Premiere Pro.
  I’m running Premiere Pro CC 7.2.2 and after importing the quicktime file (1920×1080, 2 audio channels, H.264) the sound on the file just does not work.
  The picture works and, when isolated, the sound file works just fine, but, while in playback, it is totally silent.

  Anybody know what I can do to fix this?
  I’m sure it’s quite simple just haven’t figured it out yet.
