Am running PP CS6 on the MAc and I have just had an error message pop up. I have rebooted the system, but the issue has not cleared.

    The message reads:

    /Volumes/BuildDisk/builds/mightkilt/shared/adobe/MediaCore/AudioRenderer/Make/Mac/../../SR C/AudioRender/AudioPrefetch.cpp-87

    (see screen grab).

This is the first time that this issue has popped up when recording audio. There is no issue with available disk space on the scratch disc (560GB free). I can only think that it must be a corrupt cache file or some such. Anyone know how to fix this? Am in the middle of an edit…so…help!

    Thanks

    Andy

    OK. Very odd.

This issue only affects one track, the track that I have been recording all my other VO guide track to.

I have opened up a new track and I have no trouble recording here. Could the issue be that I now have one corrupt audio track in the edit?

Odd…but at least it looks like I can carry on working until I can find a fix…!

    …and now PP has crashed…

The project has been auto saved and is now reopen in a new project folder. There’s a fly in the soup…but where?

So the fix seems to have been just to save the project file under a new file name and just crack on. Must have been a corrupted plist file or cache or something I think…

Anyone who actually knows that the issue may be is of course welcome to chip in !
