Ive applied an ultra key to my footage and when I export it random frames will just disappear- so the footage plays and some frames are just missing resulting in blank frames.
Any idea what might cause this and how to fix it?

I came up with the idea that it might be the fault of my footage which I don’t even understand. It was recorded with a JVC camera and I have the following files:
    MP4
    SMI
    PPN
    XML
    BIM

Now obviously I’ve imported the mp4 into Premiere- this is my footage. For some strange reason Quick Time Player or MPEGStreamclip can’t both open that mp4 file while Premiere can. I’ve thought of converting it with MPEGStreamclip and then importing again in a different format which doesn’t work since I can’t open it.

    Anyways any ideas or suggestions?

Did you import the footage using the Media Browser?
