  What is High@L4.0? Is it a video codec? thanks?

  I just used VideoSpec on a video for the first time, and it showed me that the codec profile of my video is High@L4.0, what does it mean? and more specifically is it a Codec?

  That specifies the profile (High) and Level (4.0) to be used for your compression. Presumably the codec is H.264.
