Weird black lines in footage after import
Hello everyone,
I recorded some of my Photoshop work with Camtasia Studio 7 to create a speedart for our YouTube channel. Working between Adobe software and Camtasia Studio has always been kind of a hassle but so far it worked pretty well.
Now I haven’t done this for a while and I get these weird black lines when I import the footage into Premiere: https://puu.sh/89227.jpg (the 3 1px black lines in the footage itself and the thicker black lines at the top and bottom don’t appear in the actual footage, just after the import)
These don’t appear when I watch the footage in VLC or PotPlayer. As soon as I import them to Premiere they do appear. The footage was an Uncompressed AVI at first (which I couldn’t import to Premiere because the file-type was unsupported) and then I simply converted it to a .mp4 which I was able to import.
Does anyone know why these lines appear? Is it possible to fix this problem? I could always try re-rendering the Uncompressed AVI into a different file-type but doing that over and over again with over an hour of footage is pretty annoying aswell.
Greetz,
– Nico
