I’m used to doing all this stuff in logic, but looking to streamline the workflow and do basic audio processing for dialog in PP.

I’ve read up a bit and it seems it can use vst plugs, right? I’m assuming all my au’s are no good then?

So, how are you guys handling basic tasks like noise gate? Is there a free or low cost pack with these basic tools? I don’t see them in the audio fx pulldown.

    thx.

You should take a look at Audition. It’s Dynamic Link abilities with Premiere Pro would allow you to move to a more traditional audio program and utilize your AU plugins while making the roundtrip workflow pretty seamless.
