Does anyone know why I can import some C300 footage into Premiere (CC and 6)and not import others?

I’ve currently ingest C300 content using the Media Browser and select Canon XF in the directory viewer.
I now have a card, folder structure in tact, that will not give me any options but File Directory in the drop down.
It looks like the footage is 1080i29.97. Are there any known issues with this frame rate/size?

    Thanks!

    Try it in Prelude.

Thanks but same issue exists in Prelude.

I would think something’s just gone wrong on the card structure. Can you navigate all the way down to the stream/clip level and see an actual clip?

I’ve had things not show up before. Damn scary. (“Did I record any of this?”) Maybe make sure the card remains highlighted when you go to change that drop down? I’m guessing here.

Yeah, it’s just strange. I can navigate and view the clip, I just can’t import like I can with other C300 footage. I’ve compared the folder structure to others and there’s no difference I can see. I’ve also tried this on multiple comps and they all respond the same way to this card.
