  Selective transparency on titles

  If you look at the series of images, you’ll see that “Mexico Mission trip ’13” appears to be riding the second bar of the Mexican see-saw. What I want to do is give the appearance the the first see-saw bar (the one closest to the camera) is covering up the text as it passes over it. I know it’s possible, I just don’t know how to go about it.

  This would be done in After Effects using key-framed masks on your text layer.
