  Ghosting on Premiere Pro video ‘timelapse’

  Hi, I’ve done several videos of my son building LEGO sets where I increase the speed to 2500% so it reduces the overall length of the video down to 3 mins as opposed to 90 mins. No officially a timelapse feature but it does the job just the same.

  However, for some reason, on the last few occasions I have noticed a ‘ghosting’ effect (from the preceding frame). This has not been prevalent on previous videos I have done. I have no idea why it is now doing this.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Turn off frame blending.

  Hi, frame blending was not selected.

  I’ve noticed that when I exported a frame to a still, the ghosting effect disappears. So, I only see it in the preview box when playing the video back.

  Don’t know if that helps in finding a solution.

  Hi, I’m still struggling with this. Any takers on a possible fix?

  It seems to have started after I went from CS5.5 to CS6.
