  Timecode effect not working in PP CC 7.2.1

  The timecode effect is not working for me. The numbers don’t show. I haven’t used it since upgrading to the CC so I’m not sure if it’s a CC problem or one of the updates. Is there anyone who is running a new MBP with OSX 10.9.1 that’s having this problem?

  I just looked at my co-worker’s computer and the effect works on her new MBP. She’s running the same OS but has yet to upgrade her PP CC since downloading. I believe it’s 7.1. I’m thinking it has to be the 7.2.1 upgrade. Any Adobe folk out there?

  Turns out it was that I didn’t have Arial installed.

  Ok so I’m having the same problem, I did mess with my fonts folder recently. Question is, how do I install Arial again? Thanks!
