  Dreaming transition effect?

  I have a subject that is talking about events happening in the past, and I’m seeking a transition to show that now we are in the past.
  Think I’ve seen this done by making the picture like seen behind water.
  I’m sure there’s alot of tutorials, but cant come up with the right search phrase. 🙁
  Any help, please 🙂

  Sorry, I’ve found an effect “Wave Warp” that seem to do the job!
