  Constant Crashes

  I’ve been a huge fan of Premiere CC and have delivered over a dozen shows including a theatrical feature film and 2 national broadcast specials since it was released last June. But since the 7.1 update it’s just a mess. I can’t even edit anymore. Mac or PC, even 2 new workstations and same problems – Premiere just comes to a halt – all media will suddenly say pending, if it gets that far and when it’s closed it’s really not closed at all.

  I’ve had to reinstall Premiere twice since that update because of issues with Red Giant plugins – at Red Giant’s advice. In addition to the time lost having to do this, we’re also on a satellite internet connection with a 10GB monthly limit before we start having to pay $10/GB. Having to re-download the software at each re-install really adds up.
