  CS3 – importing clips

  original rushes are AVCHD
  down converted to AVI
  now total volume of all 196 clips is not more than 600 mb.
  when I import the clips, after 75 clips it automatically starts importing only audio without video. is there any limitation to the number of clips that I can import in a project or is there any other problem?

  You probably used a codec for the avi’s Premiere is not to fond of.
  1 hour of DV-avi is about 13 gig.
