    Hello,
I’m not sure the best way to describe this in one sentence, which I why I think I’m having problems finding the answer.
In short, when I try to move one frame at a time in my timeline (PPro 6) using the arrow keys, it moves in increments of 8 frames at a time instead of one. I’m not holding down any modifier keys, and I’ve trashed my prefs already.
It seems to have started when I was trying to play back through some footage at double speed to quickly edit some audio (Shift + L). I feel like I must have pressed some key combo by accident, but now I can’t get it back. It’s tough to edit when I can only jump around in increments of 8 frames!
    Any thoughts are appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Got it sorted after some playing around. I was using sequence settings created by my imported clip (a screen record created by Quicktime Player) and for some reason, that was giving me issues. When I changed the settings back to a standard XDCam 1080p30, it works fine.
    Weird, though.

So, my problem is solved, but if anyone has any ideas as to why this would happen, I’d be interested in hearing about it.

    Thanks again

I’d check the frame rate of the screen record. QT records 15 fps.
