  Blocky Artifacts in my image when I export from Premiere

  This is the RAW image that I added a color grade to in RED Cine Pro X, and it contains no artifacting

  

  This is a shot from my exported film from Adobe Premiere CS6, and it contains these weird artifacts in the image
  

  How do I get rid of this artifacting when I export from premiere? I have no idea how get rid of it
