  Problems with Premiere Pro CC preview video and Boris Continuum Complete 8

  Hi people!
  I have a problem with Premiere Pro CC and some effects contained in Boris Continuum Complete 8 (I don’t know why it works perfectly with Premiere Pro cs6 and cs5.5).

  For example, when I apply the effect of a damaged tv to an HD clip, it doesn’t work and the clip become completely black. But when I apply the same effect on a lower quality clip (a video made with an I-Phone) it works well.
  I’ve never had this sort of problems in PP cs6 and cs5.5, I tried to uninstall the drivers of my Radeon HD 7770 Vapor-X and reinstall their latest version, I tried to uninstall and reinstall Boris Continuum Complete 8, I tried to reinstall PP CC, but without good results.
  And I’ve also reinstalled Windows, but the problem is still obsessing me.
  With After Effects CC the plugin works perfectly, but not with Premiere Pro CC.

  Please someone help me!

  sounds like an incompatibility between bcc8 and ppro cc. But i dont use bcc8, so cannot check this. With plugins from other vendors i dont have any problems.
  is here anyone else using bcc8 and encountering this issue?

  Yes I think that it should be an incompatibility between bcc8 and pppro too, but there is no trace of this problem on internet.
  It seems like I’m the only one who have this problem 🙁

  Make sure you have the latest Boris CC versions. They have been updated recently on account of CC.
  Generally the BCC filters work best in AfterEffects. We try to avoid using them in Premiere.

  Yes I have the 8.3 version (the latest and it’s compatible with PPCC).
  I used the BCC also in PP CS5.5 and PP CS6, but I’ve never had similar problem 🙁

  Finally I solved it with the help of the technical service of Boris FX.

  They suggested me to install the version 8.1.1, that is not compatible with PP CC.

  Hi, I was wondering if you upgraded to Premier Pro CC 2014 and if so, does the Boris effects still work with that lower version that tech support told you to install.
  I had Continuum 8 working in CC, but can’t get it to be recognized in Premier Pro CC 2014.
