  Best export settings for broadcast

  Looking for the best export settings.
  Most of my project is shot with the Canon .mxf codec. (1920×1080,30p).
  The station just recently upgraded their delivery method from a tape deck to digital (yeah!). They have a grass valley T2 iDDr and can except many different formats. What is the best export settings?

  You need to refer to their technical specifications/deliverables document. Alot of stations vary in their requirements, particularly with lineup.
