Critical Error – Possibly
I hope I have not made a critical error, but since I am a complete newb, I am freaking out.
I have been editing footage taken from a gopro camera recorded in 720p @ 120 fps.
Premiere Pro has been problematic with sequence settings and sometimes I would have to interpret footage and sometimes not.
I rendered my 8 minute video which had a few clips linked to AE. The quality came out very poorly. I also now realized that my sequence settings had been at 960×720. But all my raw footage is 1280×720. I am not sure how to solve my problem of rendering out with th appropriate settings and having crisp quality.

Make a new 1280×720 sequence. Copy all your clips from your 960 sequence into your 1280 sequence. If the clips don’t fill the frame check scale to frame size.

Hi, thank you so much for your help.
I am still having a problem with exporting. I will try to post my sequence settings and the default export settings that I did do for an export and the image quality came out very poor and I had horizontal lines over a lot of the footage.
Again, any help will be very much appreciated!!

Your source is progressive but you are outputting Interlaced. Change your output to progressive in the export settings. You could also up the maximum bitrate which will result in bigger filesize but better quality.
