  Creating a .ssa subtitle file

  Hello all,

  I need to consult you guys for a small technical question concerning close caption.
  I’ve got to create an .ssa file for subtitles for a short film for a festival submission. Can that be create/outputed from Premier Pro CS6 or CC , from the closed caption feature ?

  We also need to make an video export by embedding the subtitles in the video. Can we export a H264 from CS6 or CC doing that from the close caption track ?

  If you’re on a Mac, Sugar FX Subtitles might be worth a look.
