  Keyboard commands not working in Premiere Pro CS5.5 on Windows 7

  Some common keyboard commands are not working on my sequences, i.e. pg_up, pg_dn, cntrl_k, etc. The only thing I have tried so far is holding down the shift+contrl keys while restarting Premiere to create new preferences files, that however did not work. Are there any tools that can cleanup CS5.5 automatically, I remember FCP Rescue was what I used to fix all kinds of problems with Final Cut. Is there something like that, that will do the same thing for Adobe Premiere?
