Pre Pro CS6 – Reveal clip in Sequence (timeline)
Hallo everybody,
there’s a way to find a clip (that I can see in Project window or sub folder) but can not remember which sequence belongs to?
A sort of “Reveal in Sequence”, so to speak…
If you have hundreds clips and photos,it becomes very import to know in which sequence(s) have you a specific footage or maybe that might not have been used yet…
Suggestions?Many thanks!

Depending on if your Project panel is showing the reference picon at the top of the panel….
Click the clip in the project panel…
you will see the preview icon at the top of the project panel update.
next to it, you will see a small triangle….
if you click the triangle, a pop up list will show all sequences the clip is used in…and then by selecting an entry, the sequence and clip will be exposed.

You can also twirl down the triangle for video usage of a clip in the Project Panel.
