  Possible bug?

  Been cutting with Premiere Pro CC all week and loving it so far! Every once in a while I’ll select a clip to move and can’t drag it with the mouse – the only way to move is to use Alt + < >. Anyone else having this issue? It’s very random and doesn’t crash the program or anything.

  It’s so intermittent I can’t really get out a bug report – it doesn’t crash the app it’s just annoying. Could be user error too…
