I recently got one of the latest iMacs with a GeForce GTX 660M 512 MB graphics card. In CS6, I used the playback engine no problem after making changes to the compatibility text file in the application’s content. However in CC, making such changes does not enable the playback engine with this card. I notice that the 650M is supported but the 660M is not, and I find that a little odd.

stating that there will be no need to change the text file for they are automatically supporting whatever card you’re using as long as it is new and has at least 1 GB of VRAM. I only have 512 MB, but it works fine in CS6.

So, is there any way to enable the playback engine with my card? I feel like it should be supported but Adobe hasn’t gotten around to it yet, and it should work no problem once it is supported.
