  How to make a video flow and not jumpy after speeding it up

  Hi

  I am very new to this, I have a very basic question. I have speeded up a video, how do i make it flow and not as jumpy?

  Is it only “jumpy” in your program window and output preview or is it “jumpy” after encoding as well?

  You might try to put a copy of the accelerated footage on a track above the original clip and try a blend mode (screen/multiple/ etc, adjust opacity to taste) and the offset the upper clip by a frame or two before or after, to add some implication of “motion blur”…it doesn’t work for everything, but it’s certainly taken the edge off of fast motion clips for me in some cases.
