  Red Green Streaking in Video. How to fix?

  I’m having trouble with red and green streaking on my video. I recorded it with evaer skype recording software using a logitech usb webcam. Any thoughts on how I can get rid of this with Premiere Pro 5?

  Looks like some sort of RGB offset is happening either in the camera or the software during movement. There’s pretty much nothing you can do.
