  Missing Waveform

  Working on a project and the audio waveforms don’t show up. The timeline is set to show Waveforms. Here is a still grab of my timeline. The Panasonic P2 footage is the clip with no waveform. The clip with a Waveform is Sony XDcam. I can hear the audio for both clips but only see the waveform for one. What can I do to fix that?

  I have the same issue at times — usually re-opening the project, or just waiting a bit for the program to build the waveforms does the trick.
