  Q about extracting- size and quality

  hi everyone
  I have a video clip (its about 90 min 700 MB avi) and i wanna edit it by premier pro and i want to get the same result (quality and size)
  it’s ok if instead of 700 MB i have a 750 or even 800 MB. but i want almost same quality and size(format doesn’t matter) so what do you recommend ? ( best result i got is mp4 about 1GB in size)
