Selective Color Effect or Equivalent in Premiere CS6
Hi all — my girlfriend does a lot of color correction and I’m not sure her methods are the most time efficient (files from Premiere are exported as one video sequence which is placed into After Effects and then color corrected). She’d be happy to do it directly in Premiere, but she’s rather fond of the Selective Color filter which is for some reason, only available in After Effects.
She’d use Colorista except that Selective Color gives more control over the blacks, midtones and highlights for each individual color channel, which is important. Does anyone have any tips for something that could give the same amount of control, or another process perhaps?
