Problem setting output on BMD DeckLink SDI (MAC)
Hi guys,
I’m trying to set output on a Mac Pro (4,1 OS 10.6.8). The problem is that I can’t see in the Playback Preference tab the BMD DeckLink SDI. It only shows the AdobeDV and the other two DVI monitors. I see the card in the Audio Output Preference tab. But when I select it, there is no sound going in to the reference monitor (TV-Logic XVM-245W).
I’ve installed the latest drivers, so it isn’t the common driver problem.

Hmmm, not near my Mac right now but I know we output from a Mac Pro via PPro for our television work.
Maybe a re-install of the PPro plug-ins? We have had an issue with our iMacs where the AJA plug-ins simply disappear from PPro CS6 for no apparent reason. Driver is still installed, but we can’t select AJA anywhere in PPro. So we re-install the plug-ins and we’re good to go.

Probelm solved.
I’ve had to uninstall the entire Master collection, then uninstall Black Magic drivers. After that install the Master collection and after that the drivers (9.5.3). Now I can see the BMD Decklink ADI in the playback tab!
