Why in premiere suddenly disappears the A icon in the timeline?? ^^

If the source you have loaded into your source viewer has no audio….
there will be no audio to send to the timeline….

Yup….I’m looking at it.
Does the clip you have loaded into the source viewer at that moment have audio?
If it does, you will have an A patchable showing on the timeline.
If it does not, you will NOT have an A patchable in the timeline.
The left part of the timeline patching indicates what source tracks you have.
if your current source has no audio, you can’t patch it. however it is possible ( as the picture shows) to still have the right half of the patch panel highlighted on the audio side. this indicates that if you do an OVERWRITE edit, you will overwrite the selected audio track with GAP audio of the desired duration.
if you are suggesting that your current source does have audio, and the A is not visible…then that is a BUG and it should be reported to Adobe.
