  Unwanted Animating brushstrokes

  I have added a mask layer over a video layer. It basically makes a black border for the image. I added a radial clock wipe transition and the brush stroke effect.

  The radial wipe is just fine, but the brush stroke effect regenerates? (changes, is redrawn) through out the move making the edges move. At this point I’m going into photo shop to make a still image with an alpha channel that I can just put a radial wipe on, but…

  Does anyone know why my edges are animating? I’d like the brush stroke look to be static.
