  How do I sync multiple cameras and audio tracks in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

  When I come back to the studio after recording hours of footage on my Canon 5D Mark II and Mark III and audio on my Zoom H4N, I spend a lot of time syncing everything up. How can I expedite this process?
