  Can i run Adobe CS6 or CS5 master collection on my pc?

  My PC Specs

  AMD Phenom II X2 560 processor 3.30 ghz
  4GB Corsair RAM
  1GB Graphic Nvida GeForce 9800GT
  Gigabyte Motherboard GA-78LMT-S2PT
  Windows 7 ultimate 32bit

  Please guide me as i want to know first and then install adobe..

  You need a 64 bits operating sistem for Premiere and After Effects, so the answer to your question is you could run Photoshop and other programs, Ilustrator, Dreamweaver, etc… in 32 bit, but not PP neither AE.

  and – in addition to the above reply – if You want to install 64-bit system on your machine, I advise to double the amount of RAM. 6GB is absolutely minimum for working quite comfortably on Win7 64bit, and Adobe CS.

  And one more trivial thing – you can always download 30-day trial versions of those applications and install them. They do not differ from full versions in terms of system requirements and functionality. Go to adobe.com for that.
