    Hello,

After rendering in PP CS6, the timeline always starts to playback from the beginning. The loop feature is turned off or not checked. This seems to be a different circumstance or option. Is there a way to turn that playback after render off? In FCP 7.0, after a render, the cursor did not move or playback. This playback feature is most frustrating when I’m editing as I have to scroll back to where my edit in the timeline was happening. I’m not sure the wording for this so searching for this topic in the help forum has been difficult and/or googling for an answer. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

    Best,

    Wes

I am not in front of Premiere right now, but I believe there is a checkbox in the Preference menu that let you turn that option off.

    Hi David,

Thank you for the feedback. Gosh, you’re right. It was right there in the middle of the first tab (general settings). I unchecked the box. Talk about being right in front of me the whole time. 🙂 Glad it was a simple process. Much Success.

    Best,

    Wes
