  Vibrance color effect in PP6?

  Is there a Vibrance color effect in Premiere Pro 6 or something similar to what Lightroom 4 has which makes non linear adjustments?
  I want to make bring out the weaker colors not just add more color.

  You will likely have to do some color correction. I use Synthetic Aperture and it allows you A LOT of control, including vibrance.
