These are the delivery specs for my TV Spot:

Apple ProRes 422 HQ (.MOV) Automatic bit rate
    4:2:2
GOP structure not defined 29.97i frames/sec.
    Top field first
    1920 x 1080 HD (16:9 aspect ratio)

What are my sequence settings in Premiere for that?
I have mostly AE linked compostions and some stock footage in there.

as long as its 1920×1080 29.97fps you can use any sequence setting.

It’s exporting where you need to set the options for Quicktime, then below that ProRes 422 (HQ)
(provided you have final cut studio installed for that codec)

make sure you click on the prores options to set it for upper field and no gamma changes.

    Jan,

You might download and install these and then export at least will be easier. Building sequences for ProRes is probably easiest by dropping a ProRes clip into a Premiere Pro sequence and then allowing Premiere Pro to change the settings to match the clip.

We start with with the AVC Intra 1080i / 60 Sequence Preset for a delivery like this. That gets you all set up correctly in 1080i / Upper Field First / 29.97 TC.

When you’re done, Export > Quicktime > Choose ProRes for the codec.

    You’re done.
