  Premiere CS6 and DeckLink HD Extreme 2

  Anyone had any luck getting this combo to work? Seems like Premiere is not recognizing the card fully, as the only option I have for “Default Player” is “Adobe player”. I can run audio through the card without problems, and it also shows up in the Video Device list.
  I am running BM software v. 9.5.2 and have tried de-installing and re-installing after CS6 was installed, but nothing seems to work. The card works normally in FCP7. Any ideas?

  I had the same problems you describe, audio and no video, until I installed the 9.5.2 drivers, after that it worked.

  That’s probably not much help though I’m afraid.
