  .mts and .mov in one project

  I have both .mts (Sony camcorder 700 something-or-other) and .mov (Canon EOS 50D) clips in one project. How best to set up the project for a high quality Blue Ray film. I work in CS5.5. After PPro I encode through Media Encoder’s highest quality settings and then on to Encore.
