    hi there,

has anyone perhaps succesfully exported chapter markers (set up in Premiere CS6) in H.264 MP4 files that work? the mp4 file format supports it?

    thanks,
    Derrick

    Hi Derrick,

Did you ever find a solution to this post? I’m in the same situation.

I’m also looking for this. I have to do a DVD, yes, you read that right. So I’m putting an mp4 on the dvd as well so people can view the file as it’s meant to be. Of course, they can’t skip to sections of the video very easily without chapters. I’d love to just put a few markers in there so people could skip.

Chapter markers only come over from Premiere on dvd compliant formats such as mpeg2-dvd and bluRay.
Or one has to set them in Encore if another format is used such as mp4.
