  blank screen HDSDI video out

  Hi,

  not used pp for ages (say 10+ years) tried 5.5 was too buggy and gave up after half a day. I’m now giving cs6 a test drive and the problem I have is that I can hear audio through my BM card but cannot see any picture- its working fine with FCP7 AE MC etc. Am sure I’m being an idiot, but what am I doing wrong? Testing with proves 4444 on a BM timeline.

  Did you install the drivers BMD recommends for CS6? Make sure you do.

  Thanks for replying Shane, worked out what the problem was I had chosen 25p rather than 50i- though am sure my monitor handles 25p (panansonic l2550) but will have to check. Quite like CS6 though need to work out why it is continuously crashing on certain bundled plugins- noise and a few others need to start making a list…
