  can Matrox Mini coexist on the same Machine as BMD card?

  I have a Blackmagic Decklink card on my MacPro. I also own a Matrox Mini with Extreme box that I would like to add to make use of the accelerated h.264 processing. Will I be mucking things up by adding these two cards on the same computer? I would continue to use the BMD card for Premiere output (working very well so far on CS6, Avid MC6 and FCP7) but make use of the h264 acceleration through compressor or Media Encoder.
