  Dot Pattern Overlay

  I have an ovlerlay (.eps) in Prem. Pro. What I am getting is a dot pattern similar to ‘connect the dots’ game on program monitor and external HD TV. What causes this? Problem is very pronounced when pausing video. -KS

  kenn can you open the eps in photoshop and save it as a .psd?

  cs 6 might handle eps files better, but I know cs 5.5 should
  have no problem if you save it as a .psd.

  just a workaround to help you get going….
