  playback 23.98 without 48hz flicker how?

  with fcp you could set the 23.98 to add pulldown and output 29.97
  to the reference monitor.

  how do you do that with premiere pro cs 5.5?

  I’m outputting via black magic multibridge extreme, there
  is no setting on the control panel to add pulldown.

  I could just copy it to a 29.97 sequence, but this sequence
  has to stay 23.98 until its finished. besides, when you put
  23.98 in a 29.97 timeline it isn’t quite doing the pulldown
  right. looks like frame blending.
