  Advice sought on Vimeo Export settings and quality of After Effects Lower Thirds..?

  Hi everyone,

  I just pushed a video to Vimeo (https://vimeo.com/38763818) and while I am reasonably happy with the short film itself, the quality of export leaves a lot to be desired…

  When exporting from Premiere Pro CS5 I have used the following settings:-
  Vimeo SD export
  640×480
  The original project and sequence settings were PAL SD 740×568

  I would love you feedback and thoughts on the following:-
  –why doesn’t the video stretch the whole of the Vimeo frame? You can still see letter-boxing on top and bottom
  –Why do the after effects lower thirds seem pixelated?
  –Any other suggestions to raise the sharpness and quality?
