    Hello
I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with my problem. I have created a composition in After Effects 6.5 that keeps crashing the program as soon as i open this particular AE file. I could spend ages discussing what i did to make the comp keep crashing but i’ll cut to the chase. I know in Final Cut Pro keeps a folder of previously saved files so that in circumstances such as this you can simply go back to where you were before the error occured. I assume that After Effects has a similar log but I can not find it. Could anyone tell me if AE has such a folder and where it would be on my mac. I have done a lot of work on this file and would love to restore some of my work . Thanks

no knowing where is this folder, but have you tried this trick?
    >Run you AE.(don’t open your AEP file)
    >push “caps lock” in you keyboard
    >open the file
    >delete the filter which U think cause the trouble
    >push “caps lock” again, if nothing happened, congratulations!
This trick can some time solve such problems. wish to be helpful.
