  Audio imports chopped up in CS5.5?

  Been using premiere for years, and out of the blue it is importing my MTS (AVCHD) files an the audio is VERY odd. The video is fine, but the audio is little snippets here and there and jumps around a lot, and is not inline with the video at all…. Any ideas?

  MAC OSX LION
  CS5.5
  24GB ram
  shot on af100 1080p 23.976

  Sequence matches all specs.

  Could one have TOO many lenses? I submit that one cannot.

  ALSO:I open the files in VLC player and they are fine.
