  • Premiere 5 audio problem.

Posted by Jose Vilalta on January 5, 2012 at 6:32 pm

I´ve got a Premiere 5 working in Apple G5. I´ve got a strange problem with the audio. The audio of the clips (I´ve tried with diferents formats) in the source monitor doesn´t work, but when I play the same clip in the timeline (program monitor) the audio is ok.
And if I doble click the clip in the timeline, the audio sounds ok in the source monitor, but when I double click the same clip in the Project panel, then the audio disappear again in the source monitor.
The same clips, works fine with other softwares in my computer.
    Thanks for the time.

Thanks for your support (and sorry for my english, I´m spanish)
The configuration of the computer is ok with the Premiere. I forget to say I have a black magic graphic card.
I´m trying with the default player in the preferences and the option Process audio and video also in the preferences (General), and the sound in the source monitor seems to be ok… but now I have lost the sound in some sequences…
    What a mess
