    Using Windows 7:
Is there a way to bring a window full screen on a secondary monitor? I’d like to have my timeline on the second monitor, but have to eye-ball it to get it to fullscreen.
On the mac, it just works.

    Thanks!

    Hi Aaron,

That’s a windows limitation, you can’t clone an extended display.

What you can do on the other end and get a cheap DVI or HDMI splitter at Bestbuy etc. and duplicate it that way. Just don’t buy the HDMI cable there 🙂

I’m not sure exactly what you’re attempting to do…

On an extended display, you can drag the program panel and set it to 100% size to get a pixel-for-pixel look.

Or…you can send the video to a display fullscreen by using the playback settings menu and specify an external display.
