  Open CS5.5 projects in CS5

  We have some people working on Premiere CS5.5 and some on CS5 (and even some few on CS4). Is it possible to open CS5.5 projects in CS5 (or even CS4)?

  I dont believe so. Usually the other way works (ie opening 5 in 5.5)

  I have some machines with CS5 and others with 5.5 and we’ve been able to go back and forth between them, you just have to save as a new project. So, if it’s going to be going back and forth a lot it might be a hassle, but if you’re starting on one and finishing on the other it’s not too bad.

  Opening a Premiere Pro CS5.5 project in Premiere Pro CS5 can work sometimes, but it is not a recommended or supported workflow.
