  Mixed frame rates in one video

  Hoping someone can assist with the easiest way to handle this problem I’m faced with regarding frame rates.

  2 camera-men were out shooting at the same event for a video I’m now cutting together. One was shooting at 29.97 FPS and the other at 25 FPS.

  I’m working in PAL (25 fps) and and I’m wondering the best way to deal with the 29.97 FPS footage.

  Can I drop it all into the one reel (25 FPS) then convert later? Or should I convert first?

  It’s a bit messy but I’m hoping with the popularity of the 5D and 7D cameras, someone will have the answer.

  Start a Sequence with your 25p footage and then drop in the 29.97, render, it should look fine.
